An essayist who blamed Donald Trump for assaulting her in excess of 25 year prior intends to document another claim against the previous U.S. president.
In a letter disclosed on Tuesday, a legal counselor for E. Jean Carroll said the previous Elle magazine editorialist intends to sue Trump for battery .
