Queen Elizabeth's Private Burial Photo Released

An emotional portrait of Queen Elizabeth II has been unveiled in tribute to the late queen after her private burial on Monday.

A beautiful snapshot of the Queen strolling across the countryside was posted to the Royal Family's Instagram account as a homage to the monarch.

The Queen is shown here with a green coat and a head scarf with a design, clutching a walking stick.

Sky News claims a portrait of her from 1971 was taken at her Scottish estate, Balmoral.

The 5th Earl of Lichfield, Patrick Lichfield, took the picture.

It was captioned with a quote from Shakespeare's Hamlet: "May flights of Angels sing thee to thy rest. " (1926 - 2022).
