Possible LIV Golf Broadcast Partner Has Reportedly Emerged

LIV Golf first appeared to be an oddity, but the young Saudi-backed series has been successful in luring away some notable PGA Tour players.

LIV is seeking to sign a broadcast rights agreement since it appears that it will be active in the golf industry. Front Office Sports claims that FOX has become the "leading competitor."

Although LIV Golf's chief media officer, Will Staeger, told Front Office Sports' Mike McCarthy

and Doug Greenberg that the league is in contact with "nearly every major media business," he would not corroborate the allegation.

"We want recognition. "We want a big audience," Staeger remarked. We wish to air on a platform where sports are regularly watched by fans.

Contrary to ESPN, NBC, and CBS, FOX presently has no affiliations with the PGA Tour, which would give them a distinct advantage in securing a deal with LIV Golf.
