McDonald's arranged to confront Byron Allen's $10 billion segregation claim

 McDonald's Corp has been requested by a U.S. judge to shield against media business person Byron Allen's $10 billion claim blaming the cheap

food chain for "racial generalizing" by not publicizing with Dark possessed media.

In a choice on Friday, U.S. Area Judge Fernando Olguin in Los Angeles said Allen could attempt to demonstrate that McDonald's abused government
