FTC probes Amazon's $3.9B One Medical acquisition

Amazon's $3.9 billion purchase of One Medical might be delayed by the FTC. Both One Medical and Amazon were asked for further information by the FTC on Friday, according to a filing by One Medical's parent company, 1Life Healthcare Inc. Amazon wants to purchase One Medical, a concierge medical service with 190 locations in 25 regions. Amazon Care, a One Medical rival, closed last week because it wasn't satisfying consumers' demands.
