Former WWE star's arrest is troubling

Velveteen Dream was formerly a rising talent in WWE's NXT brand. His 2020 promotion was revoked after he allegedly assaulted a gym employee.

A police complaint obtained by TMZ Sports alleges that professional wrestler Patrick Clark, whose actual name is Patrick Edward Clark, bit and punched a gym staffer in August.

As stated in the report, Clark was requested to leave a section of the gym that had been closed for cleaning. In response to the wrestler's "irate and combative" behaviour, the worker asked

Clark to leave the premises. Afterward, he reportedly attacked the gym worker and threatened to murder him. Teeth marks were seen on the worker's "left chest near the left armpit

Clark was cautioned, then arrested for violence and trespassing. Six days later, he was found with drug paraphernalia.

WWE denied any misconduct and he rejected the charges, but they nevertheless dismissed him in early 2021.
