In Texas, a 12-foot alligator that had been brazenly crossing a major road in the middle of the day terrorized locals.
As gator handlers from Bayou City Gator Savers were able to grapple the enormous reptile and safely put the situation under control, emergency personnel left the site.
The men engaged the gator in a 30-minute struggle in Atascocita, Texas, and even used a tow truck's winch to hoist it to safety.
"I'd say I had a very interesting Monday certainly one for the books," Bayou City Gator Savers said online. 12' 4" tall.
Deputies were called to the 13800 block of N Lake Branch Lane in Atascocita this morning because to an alligator in the middle of the road, according to a statement from the local police.
The alligator has been securely captured and is in the care of Animal Control.
