Elon Musk adds reason for Twitter cancellation

The Elon Musk-Twitter purchase saga continues.
Musk's attorney issued Twitter's general counsel and head of legal, Vijay Gadde, "an additional termination notice" on Monday. 

Twitter denied the claims Tuesday.
Musk cancelled a $44 billion sale to Twitter in July.

Twitter supplied "false and deceptive representations" of user data, including the number of "fake or spam accounts," he claimed.

Twitter is trying to push a deal that values the firm 25% higher than this week.
